Winona Judd assured concerned fans in a mental health update posted to Instagram on Tuesday (January 3).
“Well, it’s okay,” she began, accusing Star’s manager of “pushing her too hard,” in response to a comment Judd displayed in the video. A commenter wrote: Her manager seems to be getting a little greedy at the expense of her health. For her own mental and physical health, she would like to see her take her extended leave. ”
“I work hard for my mental, physical and mental health,” explained Judd. “I have a great team. I’m truly blessed, broken, and committed to self-care that’s not selfish. It’s divine.”
Judd added that while she has a “full schedule,” she’s been spending time on the farm, taking walks in the woods, and spending time with her family and dogs. She concluded:
Wynonna’s mother, Naomi Judd, who was battling depression, committed suicide on April 30, the day before Judd was inducted into the Country Music Hall of Fame. “I didn’t know she was where she was when she finished it because she had an episode before and she’s gotten better.” CBS Sunday Morning. “And that’s what I live for. I did not do it. That’s why I’m so shocked. ”
