Recognizing that some churches avoid talking about mental health, Connexus Church recently launched a series of Sunday services on the topic.
Professional help from counselors and doctors is important, but Reverend Jeff Brody says many people don’t understand how the body and soul are connected.
Brody addressed a packed house on Sunday when he launched a series titled “When You’re Not Okay.”
“Not enough people are thinking about the relationship between spiritual health and mental health,” he commented.
