Trinny Woodall took to Instagram on Thursday to share her quirky sleep tips in a hilarious video with Chinese medicine practitioner Katie Brindle.
The 58-year-old host advised her followers of wacky ideas like wearing a “chic” castor oil poultice, massaging her feet with magnesium butter, and drumming the inside of her feet.
In the clip, she says, “Katie, Hello Lauderlin! Tell me 5 things you can do to sleep better.”

When a Life Healer suggested a castor oil poultice, Trinny imitated an accessory before saying, “That’s It’s actually pretty chic.
Katie adds:You can soak your feet in a plastic tub of warm water with Epsom salts.
Katie continues: You can massage your feet with magnesium butter.
“You’re going to hit a lot of pressure points and pressure points.

Trinny recently revealed that her ex-husband’s tragic death had a “huge impact” on her daughter Laila.

After Johnny Elchaoff took his own life in 2014, her then 11-year-old daughter “grown up a lot,” the beauty entrepreneur said.
Speaking on the How To Fail podcast, the TV personality is proud of how strong Laila, now 19, has grown up.
“When you’re young and you’re hit with something big, in a way you grow up a lot and in a way you stay a kid longer,” she said.
“I look at Lyra in wonder and think, ‘You have so much faith in yourself. Even with the strangest upbringing you’ve had and the most serious things that have happened to you.'”
On a podcast hosted by journalist Elizabeth Day, Trinny said there were times when she wondered if she was doing the right thing as a single parent.

She said: “I think you’re questioning yourself more as a single parent because you don’t have anyone in the room to share the joys, the pains, the worries, the tortures of whatever raising a child is.
“So you’ll say to yourself more often, ‘Did I do the right thing?
“There was a time when something happened and people thought she shouldn’t have done that. That’s where I really asked myself if I had made the right decision.
She added that with the help of her obstetric nurse, Jenny, she was able to play the role of “mother and father” for Lyra.

Tragic: Johnny Elchaoff took his own life in 2014.
She said: “Jenny has always been there. Jenny oddly resembles Lila’s grandmother’s mother. I wasn’t a mother, and I was kind of a mother and father.
“We were the best parents” during Johnny’s lifetime, Trinny paid tribute to Johnny, until he died at the age of 55 at Whiteley’s shopping center in Bayswater, West London.
She said: “As another couple, we were the best parents when he was doing well. It really made me think how lucky I am.
Trinny and Johnny married in 1999 after meeting in rehab and remained on good terms after divorcing in 2009.
Johnny, who battled painkiller addiction for 20 years, “lost it all” in a series of failed oil investments before his death.
The drummer-turned-businessman was wooed at the same spot 11 days earlier and easily cut up.
However, according to the Westminster Coroner’s Court, he later returned to the shopping center twice more over a five-day period before eventually committing suicide.
