Dummer Hamlin is now regaining full power. Buffalo’s Bills are currently recovering in the hospital after suffering a cardiac arrest during his Week 17 game against the Bengals in Cincinnati. After waking up, Hamlin had a chance to embrace the outpouring of support he’s received since his horrific injury.
Hamlin gave to twitter Expressing how grateful he is right now Saturday night, the 24-year-old said he feels “love” from everyone who has supported him through his ordeal:

Damar Hamlin points out some great facts about his current situation. It’s great to see people from all walks of life come together and show their support for the Bills Stud. As he said, people of all races and religions are united and we all continue to pray for his speedy recovery. We definitely have our quirks, but this incident is living proof that there are still many good things left in this world.
Hamlin’s recovery has improved significantly over the past few days. He is now breathing on his own and does not require mechanical assistance. His neurological function has also been described as “excellent” by participating medical professionals. Damar still has a long way to go, but it’s clear he’s heading in the right direction.
