Golden State Warriors star Stephen Curry was jumping for joy after Klay Thompson tied the Detroit Pistons with one second left in the game. And a few seconds later, his face was filled with pain after the Motor City franchise scored a win in Sadiq Bey’s winner.

The roller coaster of emotions was caught on camera, with disappointment and regret clearly visible on Callie’s face.

Curry and the Warriors thought Thompson’s tying shot sent the game to OT.

Unsurprisingly, Curry couldn’t contain his excitement:

But as we all know in the NBA, nothing is certain until the buzzer sounds.Bay reminded the Warriors of it in his words hail mary From beyond the Ark, shutting down the entire Chase Center, all that could be heard was shouts and celebrations from the Pistons.

As mentioned earlier, Curry himself was silent and completely speechless after what just happened.

It was definitely a great game for the Warriors. Stephen Curry and Andrew Wiggins remain, but put up a good fight and he even managed to close the 10-point gap early on. Unfortunately, Lady Luck didn’t smile in her favor this time.

Thompson scored 30 points in the 122-119 loss and Jordan Poole added 24 points. Anthony Ramdo and Ty his Jerome also scored in his double figures.

The Warriors will face the Orlando Magic again on Saturday. Surely they would like to play better and perhaps have more luck.
