After years of waiting for new music from Sleep Token, two songs are arriving before the end of the first week of the new year.Following yesterday’s typical atmospheric launch choke hold, A quick follow-up arrived in the form of Summon, The band’s picture is very much from the prog metal section of their palette.
Like the sleep token, which is always shrouded in mystery, there is very little information about what exactly is going on. Facebook video posts have only one word, “worship,” Summon Is it the second release in a scheduled release, or is it for now?
If I had to guess – and we dislike Speculation – We’re guessing the album is in the works and the rest of the album has been “dropped” by the time the band’s UK tour kicks off on January 17th (full dates below). has been wrong before and will be wrong again.
In the meantime, we have little other information, so we refer to the YouTube comments section for inspiration.
