However, Pokemon Scarlet & Violet’s failure wasn’t caused by an attack that was too strong. Instead, when Clodsie attempts to jump on the Pokemon, a glitch causes Brute to immediately bounce off his hood and fall over the edge of the cliff, falling far enough out of range to despawn Shiny.
