“Good morning, Marcia, my dear.” Look at the beauty of the sea today.
“Even though I know this is the inevitable fate of all of us, it’s an empty space, a sense of absence, that pushes my chest down to reach this moment for me.
“But there is also another feeling, one of great gratitude for being able to share my pain with the world.
“We have received thousands of messages of love and solidarity, filling our hearts with comfort and peace.
“I would like to thank all the fans who still show their respect and the Santos Football Club and the city of Santos for treating us so well during these difficult times.”

“A month of so many compliments, so many tight hugs, so many stories told by teary-eyed strangers, so many memories, so many tears and so much laughter.
“Today and always, thank you for sharing our sense of humor, our huge brains, our optimism, our ability to enjoy the simple things in life, our work ethic and our love of hotels, airports and planes.
“Above all, brothers and sisters teach that it is better to sleep alone in one room than each to sleep in their own room, and that it is more pleasant to cram all together at a table than to eat at separate tables. Thank you for having me..
“Finally: It’s always better when everyone is together.
“Thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you forever.”
