It’s important to pay attention to your feelings

We are creatures of habit, and our thoughts are like other habits we form. We think about 50,000 times a day, most of which are repeated from the previous day. It is imperative to be careful. Are our thoughts positive or negative? Thoughts have an energetic force, so whether they are positive or negative, they begin to affect every aspect of our lives. Start noticing how your body feels when you are experiencing negative thoughts. Your heart is pounding and your body is likely tense. Negative thoughts are often caused by fear or past trauma and are distorted from reality because we are in a fight or flight mode. clouding and causing anxiety.

    pause practice

Pause when you feel these sensations and use breathing techniques to shift your negative thoughts to more positive ones. Inhale deeply and slowly through your nose and exhale deeply and slowly through your nose. As you inhale and exhale, quietly say the following affirmations to yourself.

    breathe in peace

    exhale chaos

    inhale the acceptance

    vomit judgment

    breathe in love

    spit out love

Reframe your thoughts and practice positive self-talk.

Observe how you feel now. Hopefully, you will be more relaxed, breathe slower, feel cooler, and even more clear. You can control your thoughts. Ask yourself if what you are thinking is there and true, or if it was your past experience. Ask yourself if you have thoughts. Then you can replace the negative thoughts with more realistic and positive thoughts.

    practice self-acceptance

Forget who you think you “should” be and just be youNegative thoughts often stem from feelings of inadequacy because we try to be someone we are not or to please people. Let go of over-generalizations and catastrophes, because the worst-case scenario likely won’t happen. We want to return to reality. When we are here now, past traumas and pains do not hurt us, and future worries do not hurt us. That’s all we have now. Remember to be safe. Positive thinking promotes self-acceptance, which builds confidence and reduces anxiety. Our thoughts create our reality, and we want to create a joyful, peaceful, serene and clear reality. After all, joy is our natural state, and when we let go of resistance, life flows effortlessly.
