Osthoff says Santos offered to help with the dog’s life-saving medical procedure several years ago… when Santos was going by his alias. Anthony Devolder …but the $3,000 Santos collected online has never seen a dime, he says.
Instead, Osthoff claims he actually lost money in dealing with Santos… another blow to a homeless Navy veteran who says he’s seen his dog die instead of being saved.
For his part, Santos deny the allegation … dozens of people claim that Santos saved dogs and cats.
But Osthoff says he won’t believe Santos without proof.
