Teen Wolf: The Movie More than five years after the MTV series aired, it’s made its long-awaited return. Unfortunately, not all members of the pack survived the reunion.
While many characters experienced temporary fake death scenes in the Paramount+ films, some actually died and were buried. Tyler HoechlinThis is Derek from The death scene was especially hard on the actors behind the series’ main character, Scott.
“It’s so emotional. Tyler Hoechlin is someone I really love and I know he’s as separate from our characters and human selves as I am as an actor.” It’s an emotional read.” Tyler Posey Exclusively from E! News ahead of the January 26th premiere. “Plus, I’ve grown to love Derek over the years. It saved Derek from the bad, grumpy cat nature he’s had over the last 12 years.”
However, the actor said it was actually a storyline decision that made a lot of sense.
“From a storytelling standpoint, I think that’s something we need to have,” he continued. We’ve dealt with it over the years and it’s just another way we can be close to our fans and viewers and I think the way we’ve done it is beautiful. Just before he dies, he transforms into a true alpha, his eyes glow red, and he’s just a chill.

Posey and Hoechlin often shared screens together, teen wolf6 seasons from 2011 to 2017, with their co-stars Holland Roden Had a slightly different perspective on the latter’s demise.
“It’s like having a friend of a friend die and remembering that friend heartily, but even the fewest interactions in Beacon Hills [on the] OG show, we didn’t really know each other. It was like our friends knew each other,” explained the actress who plays Lydia candidly.But no personal connection like a throat [for Lydia],for example, [the death of] Alison. ”

in the meantime, sherry henning, playing Maria, E! The news got her excited about getting her chance to return to feature films.
“The fans wanted season 7. We knew we couldn’t do that, but let’s give them a very long movie. I’m really looking forward to seeing a 2.5 hour movie.” It was really exciting and really cool because there were so many different combinations that we never had before.”
But while Derek’s death seems somewhat final, Posey said the ending left an opening to more potential stories from Beacon Hills. Hopefully it opens the door for further development of the story.”
“I like to see them handle mundane kinds of adult scenarios.” , I think it’s really cool for the fans.”
