The same court issued a notice to the Department of Enforcement (ED) on 16 January regarding an application filed by the actor seeking permission to fly to Dubai for professional work on or after 27 January.
She urgently requested a public hearing. Therefore, the court has listed the issue for her next hearing on January 25.
Last December, Jacqueline pleaded to travel abroad to visit her sick mother in Bahrain. However, she withdrew it because the court did not allow her to travel abroad.
Chandrashekhar allegedly extorted money from politicians, celebrities and businessmen. He defrauded Aditi Singh, wife of former pharmaceutical company Ranbaxy owner Sivinder Mohan Singh, for Rs.200 crore.
