“If you don’t like sleeping in multiple layers at night, keep a thick, warm layer of clothing on your bedside table in case of a midnight cold snap.”

Instead, the pro suggested switching to the other side of the room for a more comfortable night.

“Get into the habit of drinking a warm, milky drink in the evening to warm yourself up before bed.

Sharing the hack, Nic explained:
“Also, try putting it on your bed while you shower and get ready for bed. Warm up your mattress and duvet and get ready to jump in and go to bed.”
Fluffy socks are a must-have for cold weather. Besides looking adorable, these winter must-haves will keep your feet warm.
“Our feet and hands can get cold much faster than the rest of our body, so it’s important to keep them warm on warm nights,” says Nick.
