
A unique six-week support program aimed at helping locals explore their anxiety, anger, sadness and fear is launching at Highbridge this month.
Weekly sessions for unemployed persons aged 19 and over will be held on Wednesdays from 25 January to 1 March at Community Hall, Trowbridge Close, Highbridge (TA9 3AZ). increase.
Sessions are supervised by Somerset Skills & Learning and Eclipse Coaching.
A spokesperson said, “This is a free course for those 19 and over who live in Somerset. Anyone can participate.”

The 12-Step Anxiety Program gives you the opportunity to learn new skills and strategies. Develop listening skills. Build resilience and deal with setbacks. Claim yourself. Recognize Your Success: Understand the difference between your ‘thing’ and other people’s ‘things’. Gain insight into what really makes you angry. Learn how to let things go. Know your boundaries and more.

All participants have access to regular one-on-one information, advice and guidance sessions. Sessions are meant to share challenges that attendees are experiencing and to allow for reasonable adjustments for the purpose of inclusiveness and equality.
