Here are some suggestions for letting them doze off instead of counting sheep.
1. Use aromatherapy for deeper sleep
Lavender, jasmine, vanilla and sandalwood are essential oils that promote deeper sleep. Add a few drops of your favorite oil to enough water in your diffuser and let it last overnight.
2. Wash your face with cold water water
This may seem illogical, but there is a scientific reason to reset your nervous system. Submerging your face in a bowl of cold water triggers an involuntary phenomenon called divex in mammals, which slows your heart rate and blood pressure. This leaves you feeling refreshed, relaxed and ready for bed.

3. Ditch your sleep tracker
Most sleep trackers on the market are not accurate as they only measure blood pressure and movement and may not accurately track REM sleep. The solution is to tell your body how much sleep it needs and adjust your bedtime accordingly.
4. Use amber glasses Night
The blue light emitted by computer screens, tablets and mobile phones tricks the brain into thinking it’s daytime. Wearing amber glasses is the most effective way to avoid blue light exposure.
5. try to stay awake
Repeating “I don’t sleep” may seem impractical, but it works. This sleep paradox is based on the fact that the brain can’t process negative information very well, so we interpret this as a sleep directive. And the eye muscles get tired quickly.
