Lisa Marie Presley was buried at Graceland near her father, Elvis Presley, on Sunday, January 22, 2023. She died on January 12, 2023 after suffering a cardiac arrest at her home in California. She was 54 years old. At her star-studded funeral, many celebrities, including Guns N’ Roses frontman Axl Rose, paid their respects to the singer. He confided in Lisa Marie’s love for her family.
Axl arrived on stage just before performing a simplified version of his band’s emotional hit “November Rain.” He took the microphone and spoke modestly to an audience made up of Lisa and her Marie’s friends and family.

She started by confessing that she had a “broken heart” and pointing out how much the world loves Lisa Marie. A 77-year-old woman then read a poem written by her Marie children, Lisa. “Old Soul, I didn’t know how to put her mother into words. The truth is there are too many. He was an icon, a role model, a superhero to people.”
