Staff, relatives and patients recently gathered to celebrate the newly named Northwest Center for Neurorehabilitation, formerly Spruce House.
The center is a specialty facility located on the grounds of Altnagervin Hospital.

Further expansion included the relocation of the Community Brain Injury Team in 2020, benefiting patients by improving the skills and knowledge of two specialized teams within one center.
We rebranded the facility as the “North West Center for Neurological Rehabilitation” to support the modernization of our services and to ensure that the facility name reflects the valuable work being done within it.
