netflix show Ginny & Georgia The show’s creator has revealed that Georgia Miller is going through a difficult time after her daughter finds out about her secret.
Ahead of the show’s Season 2 premiere, Ginny & Georgia Creator Sarah Lampert told EXCLUSIVELY Man Georgia Miller, played by Brian Howie, ends up suffering from the fallout after her teenage daughter, Ginny, played by Antonia Gentry, finds out that Georgia murdered her second husband, Kenny.
“For her, I think it’s realizing her daughter knows this horrible secret about her,” she says of Georgia. Compartments built in are bleeding into each other, causing panic.”
“I think Georgia feels deep guilt, anger, sadness, fear, really everything,” she added.
Lampert also hinted at Ginny reaching her “breaking point” after discovering her mother was a murderer and running away from home.
“This was a character who was dealing with a lot of anxiety before his mother turned out to be the killer,” she explains.
“So now we get into her story. It just adds more anxiety to a character who is already going through a lot of anxiety.”
Lampert also assured that “a lot is going on under the surface” when the mother-daughter duo finally reunite.
