On behalf of the World Federation of Neurology, the Nominating Committee will solicit nominations for the Treasurer (4-year term) and Elected Director (3-year term).
- The Treasurer will assume office on January 1, 2024 (this position has been retired by Dr. Richard Stark, who is ineligible for re-election). Preference will be given to applicants with similar experience as a tax accountant.
- One of the elected Trustees will take office immediately following election (Dr. Morris Friedman has retired and is ineligible for re-election).
Candidates must be members of a qualified WFN Member Society, have a national and international reputation, contribute to local and global neurology, and be committed to WFN.
The WFN Member Association shall submit the candidate’s name, submit a statement confirming that the candidate is willing to stand for election signed by the candidate, and submit a brief resume (one page typed). Nominations made after this deadline are acceptable.
