Metalwork artist turns worn and aged metal into unique animal sculptures

” Theres no chance I would have picked the medium of recycled metal if I wasnt a farmers kid,” Jordan confessed “I got going with it due to the fact that dad stated this is all you can utilize when I initially began out, so its definitely had a substantial impact on my art.”

InstagramAs pointed out in Farm Weekly, the Australian artists artwork is greatly affected by his dad, a farmer from Narembeen in the eastern Wheatbelt. Growing up on a broad acre farm also enabled Jordan to have access to various recycled tools, retired equipment parts, and scrap metal.

” But I am drawn to the dangerous, wild, big, bigger animals,” he included. “I mean, the rhino reeks of that– the strength and the power and just the large size of them.”

” … It is good that I chose a type of art that interest so lots of different individuals,” the metal artist said. “Its good to be able to do that as an artist due to the fact that it kind of allows me to keep developing brand-new animals.”

Based in the country of Western Australia, Jordan is a self-taught artist who took a break from his Psychology degree to pursue his art profession.
